Anyone 9 or older is encouraged to attend Choir Camp, but only adults 18 or over can complete this form, online payment, and submit required permission slips for minors.

For minors, up-to-date contact information for a trusted character reference is required before online registration can be completed.

Day Camper prices are for area attendees who will not need housing during the week. Day campers are provided lunch every day and two dinners with the group.

Residential prices are for out-of-town guests who need room & board. Residential registration includes room and board for the week.

• For legal and insurance purposes, all participants (youth and adult) will be considered students of St. Andrew’s Academy for the duration of the event. The camps will be governed by the St. Andrew’s Student/Parent Handbook. Please review and indicate below you understand the Student/Parent Handbook sets out our standards for event behavior.
• If St. Andrew’s deems a camper not a good fit for the camp, a refund will be issued.
• Full refunds will be made only if the camps are, for any reason, cancelled by the school. No other refunds outside of those outlined here will be considered.
• (For minors) To help ensure a safe and beneficial group experience for all participants, a character reference with up-to-date contact information is required during the registration process.
• (For minors) A Liability and Release Form will need to be signed and submitted by guardians of minors (under 18) before a camper can be authorized to attend. Please download, complete, and submit signed form to our office via email ([email protected]) prior to event start date.
